In Ireland connection to the internet is still in the stone ages. Even if you are lucky enough to have a 56K modem, the
majority of the telephone system is to old to allow connection at that speed, the best you can hope for is about 42K.
And then you pay an arma and leg for the 'pleasure'. If like me you feel this is not good enough, check out the campaign
